This can be done with 2.2 HDI engine. 84mm3 IQ. Smoke free.

Astonishing. Definitely pulls far better than mine, especially above 3000rpms. It also would be interesting to see low-revs accelerations, imho.

What does it mean 84mm^3 IQ?

C'mon, share some data, torque, fuel consumption, estimated power...

Also I wonder why my dials light up orange but none of the needles light up white... uhm. It seems impossible that all the needle bulbes have blown.

Hi,

IQ - Injection Quantity, this engine in original injects 74mm3 of fuel.
Fuel consumption is from 5.7 L/100km to 6.8 L/100km.
Power is around 170bhp. With max tuned file --> IQ90+, max power will be 180bhp.
Like RPM Freak said, if you want to safely brake 180bhp, you have to do some hardware replacement.

At this moment I am preparing IQ90+ remap... :)

That does look impressive, how long does it take you to work on a map like this?

Good question i must say. It depends. Now you will see why i cannot answer directly...

First you have to know your engine components, characteristics and
specification very well. You have to investigate.

After that, you know better which maps to look for and what you want
achieve with your tune and how far you can go with your hardware.

Lets say you have to find 60-80 maps, and you need 5mins to find, set factors and
offsets for each map. That's 300-400mins for finding maps, not calculating the
hardware investigating, It also depends how fast you are and if you already done it on same ECU.

Than you have to do some homework again - math.
After doing correct math you start tuning each map.

You do some tests and then fine tuning begins...and so on.
If you don't know what are you really doing, you can destroy your engine, the ECU will do what you want from it.
It is quite a work and know how to do a good tune, that's why most people do not like
to share that info.

You will progress few steps when you look at this attachments.
This docs are for EDC15C2 - that's in Peugeot 406 2.2 HDI

In attachment i am posting;

Chip characteristics
Bosch Hdi Edc15c2 - Injection System pdf
Citroen Peugeot & Renault Bosch EDC15C2 ecu picture
GT15 turbo characteristics
Lambda table

You can never get all direction, because it is impossible, there is always more question than answers.
Success depends on individual how much effort is individual prepared to invest.

Hope I described it well.

I have absolutely no problem with it. Your computer has something wrong. Try opening it with another video program, such as VLC.
