Fabia 1.4 tdi pd big problem help me

I have a Skoda Fabia 1.4 TDI PD 70 HP (NBM) edc15p. Cold starts at first, but when it warms my key starts at 2. The first hot key will not start at all can keep 2-3 minutes, but the second I start key. Temperature probe tells me well VCDs, and pulled the plug on it just as I do. Causes?

yes.I did a long road about 400 km. And now starts to warm. Banuies it was the intake flap dirt in it.
