is this real v5.31 with all function work ? or hardware is V4.01 and half function is not active for example VAG EDC16 ?
P.S. what is serial No of .lib file ?

ordered two of them from china, still on its way. But i think it is 4.01 (or 4.74) HW version, just soft is 5.46
