RANGE ROVER P38 diesel ECU

Hi,
I have removed the BOSCH ECU on my Range Rover which has the BMW M51 diesel engine.
I obseved the following no's on two chips(28 DIP) ;
2 537 355 460
0 281 001 273

and
2 537 355 459
0 281 001 273

As i want to remove the main chip & read the maps , can someone identify the main chip which contains most of the maps?

The 2537355459 & 2537355460 are the chips that contain all the maps for 0281001273 ECU.

Means that I hv to remove both & read.
Any idea which has more relevant maps.

Yes you must remove the 2 chips and read them. The 2 chips have equally relevant maps in them.

As I need the car urgently, I closed the ecu without reading the chips. at the same time I,
'I'm scared that I might open a can of worms as this car has issues with the iimmobilizer.
I'll do it when open it again. meantime will study how to read maps from an cu.
