I have a Peugeot 207 1.6 hdi 90 HP (2007.10) with EDC16C34 ECU (0281013868). In my car there was a fix wastegated turbo, Mitshubishi TD025, it has wastegate and vacuum controled. We replaced the turbo the 110 HP (Peugeot 207) variable geometry Garrett GT1544v turbo. We tryed everything in the ecu to controlled the new turbo, but we couldn't do it. It overboost very much more than 2.1bar.
I just wondering anyone could do something like that in EDC16? The main problem to controll the geometry, but how can it do? If anyone any idea, or If anyone do it something like that, pls help. If you want, i post my software.

Did you manage to edit your current map? Did you start by lowering the boost maps and overboost maps?

We try everything, but without the damos file, it can be impossible.

you don't need damos for this...
plenty of information on the EDC16c34 and 1.6HDi.
I've done this mod a couple of times now and the first time I figured everyting out myself ;)

My friend tells me he has swapped his turbo and it drives ok which is hard to believe (ford edc16c34)..
Anyway I believe the best bet is to view a focus map file and copy the values for both boost maps?

You are assured, what wastegate valve on your first turbine was put in action by vacuum, instead of pressure?

Both actuators are vacuum operated as standard, not pressure
