I bought a Peugeot 407 1.6 HDi cheap because of a DPF fault, expecting it to be a simple fix. Turns out the DPF and CAT have been hollowed out already, I read the ECU to find it had been remapped and they had used ecusafe to turn off the DPF. I found an ori for my ecu and think I've turned off the DPF properly, the switch I believe is at E48C9, since flashing this file the car hasn't tried to regen.
The problem I'm having is there's no power below 2k RPM, it was like this when I bought it but I thought it was because of the DPF fault, could it be because there's less back pressure with no DPF/CAT? I'm not getting any fault codes that could cause it.
I was thinking about a slight remap to compensate for it, I think I have the torque limiters at C7CE4 and C7DA2, rail pressure at E6246 and E6498.
It's been a while since I've done any remapping, last time was EDC15 which seemed much easier! I'm going to spend some time tonight looking for drivers wish, smoke limiter and turbo pressure maps, any pointers would be appreciated!
I've attached the ori, the file from the car with ecusafe and remap, and my DPF off.
