VW Passat B6 NG problem after dpf removal

Hello.
Last week I had a customer.
I was removing dpf from program, after other mechanic removed it from exhaust.
I readed ECU by MPPS v13, then i switched off dpf by ECUsafe 2, and writed ECU again by MPPS v13.
Engine started normally, no check-engine, but when customer pressed accelerator, from exhaust pipe went big cloud of black smoke.
Now customer tell me its my fault.
Is that possible?
Could someone explain me what I did wrong?

Hi, ecu safe or volta never did dpf off good.

very bad solution
dpf not OFF
DTC ALL delete
ecusafe not worcing!!

But file looks little weird..
90% of file is FF :S
I think my MPPS v13 made wrong reading.

Hi,
don´t waste your time , re-read this post, you have wrong mod into that file. I you had bad reading car will not work.
