PLS rate my first project

Hi,

I just finished my first file.
I downloaded it from my car.

I changed data only for manual gear box so you can view original data under automatic gearbox.
- boost map
- boost limiter
- smoke map
- drivers wish
- torque map
- EGR off?

I have tried to keep it safe and boost close to 2250 with 55mpg max.

hi, i had a look on your file... some mistakes...
Egr= ok
Drivers wish= its ok
Boost limit= you have to change the values, because if you request 2194 on target boost you cant limit boost to 2130. If i was you i would go for 2250 on both maps, thats the max that i would change.
SVBL= put 2300 (is the map for safe mode)

Torque and smoke maps= on torque i guess you have a lot of IQ on 2000rpm... youre car is a 110hp vp right ? your clutch may not handle that. The max i would go for your car would be 52mg... change both maps for the same values. You need to change some maps still...

Have you tried that map ?

i really dont know the car...but if is a 1.9 tdi 110hp i only go for 52mg max and 2250mbar turbo. Thats the limit values... work the map around this values. change drivers wish, torque limiter, smoke limiter, boost target, boost limit, svbl, and EGR off.

Then you need to make a few changes on SOI, n75duty and maybe duration. But change the first maps to the values that i said and put the map here.

Is not 110 hp, its a PD engine.
You request in driver wish 48 mg at 4000 and torque looks 50+ ,seems that you edited this map very chaotic.
You can have 60 mg from 2250 to 4000 rpm and boost request 2250 and limiters to 2300. I remapped a lot of cars with this engine , no problems and good power. I would say its 101 PD hp engine. ATD engine code

I didn't wrote before what is the engine as I thought it is visible in file descriptions.

Some of us edit files with winols and there you can't really see engine model and other data :) thats why was just a guess by codes.
ATD is strong engine, you can push 60 mg and 2.25 mbar without problems, but from 2250 or 2500 rpm to dont put pressure on clutch too much .

OK,

I have done it once again from scratch taking in to consideration your advices.
I also put some questions to maps in brackets

- drivers wish (if I allow 60mg in smoke map shall the top value in eg. 2500rpm be also 60?,)
- boost limit - 2300 as suggested
- boost map 2250 max as suggested (here I have reworked also axis mg by deleting 0 column and replacing 45 with 50 and added 60mg as it was allowed in smoke map but boost map was only to 45mg - is that move correct?)
- - torque map - max torque from 2500rpm
- smoke map - as per suggestins i have tried to keep afr arround 17 but please check if i have done correct calculations.
(the boost map is only till 1050, as i have requested boost of 2250 shall i extend the map with 1150 column?
- EGR off
