You edit maps strange again without compariing them.
Smoke map at 2250 has 60 mg but torque has 65, decide how much you want at 2250.
With durations you can go more, untiol 34 - 35 degrees around 3500 but with that turbo pressure you`ll have smoke.
Well my idea is to go with power until you see smoke, and thats the limit..turbo limit, i` wouldnt pass 2250 - 2300 mbar.
You are power addicted if you are not ok with stage 1 remap, my idea is , buy nozzles from 131 hp or 150 , i think they are the same, you can find them for a small price, and a hyibrid turbo , send your turbo to a company which makes hybrids and go with 2500 - 2600 bar. Well then we discuss in another terms and another league. can have 80 mg and 2600 , this is 450+ NM at 2250 rpm or 2500 to avoid clutch damage and at 4500 200hp.
I saw ATD engine made at 255 hp around 4800 rpm(hp increases with rpm at max fueling) , and car has no problems, stil orginal clutch and flywheel but max power settings starts from 2500 only. Car was made by a dyno big brand company, tested and guaranteed for power and reliability.
ATD internals can keep around 250 hp...on diesel cars i would no go further than 100 hp per 1 liter of engine. well 1.9 tdi = 190 - 200 hp enough to be safe.
