Write file without checksum

Hello guys,

I ve been modified a 1.8 TDCI Focus Visteon ECU @115hp, everything i did was through WinOLS manually because It didnt indentified any map or potencial map, anything, not even the checksum it can correct.. Ive got galletto v54 and it says it does the checksum when writing automatically, my question is, can I trust Software that it will correct the checksum or do i have a chance to brick the ECU?

if you have a clone, i dont think the galletto calculate checksum correctly.

Because you can`t trust a clone interface.

Well I went for it and I was successfull! It calculated and corrected the checksum and the car is rolling beautifully! :D
