What Juice is suggesting is to go to 16,5AFR*65=1072
I will check that and see what it gives.

However I still have a feeling that I have limitation in some other map as in my opinion with 60mg of fuel it should easy reach 120hp

Have you logged ?
Make sure your MAF is reading more than 1100, otherwise you will be limited. Your fueling must be 65, you havent forgot any other limit as i see.

to sum up I have boost spike at 2500rpm and my injected quantity is still max 58 not 65.
What do you think? Why the injected quantity is so much lower than requested?
How can I reduce the boost spike at 2500rpm?

Open N75 map more, in last 1-2 columns, i mean by adding value and log again.
For example add 10% on last column and 5% on before-last column.
Next time make excel log file and attach it, its more clear.

What about the fuel? Why it os only 58 not 65?

Not sure what`s limiting the fuel, you should log with vcds torque limiter , smoke limiter, driver wish channel, actual injected quantity. Maybe its only diagnosis limit not real limit but i`m not sure.

My cable does nit want to work with VCDS, only VAGCOM311.
If we look at goup 008 the last column of log is Injection quantity MAF limit mg/R so it looks like MAF is limiting the fuel.
But my MAF map is flat with 65mg. Maybe I should also update the smoke maps for -20C and 40C up to 65mg?

Lol yes, of course, you can`t be 100% sure that smoke maps are for -20 degrees(weird smoke map), and 40.
You can't be sure that vagsuite detected correctly the order of maps, better copy settings in all smoke maps to be the same.
I make the same thing with automatics vs manual maps, i saw cases where on manual car were used manual maps or 4x4 maps on fwd car. Well edit all maps the same and you can be sure then that you havent miss something.

Injection requirement (as indicated by the go pedal)

I have shanged all the smoke maps to 65mg but still max injected is 58

My ideas:
- inverse drivers wich axis is to 60mg - change it to 65?
- selector for injector - how shall I read it? when does it read 1 or 2 or 3 ...
- fuell volume correction map - axis is also only till 60mg - change?
