POPCorn Diesel Rev Limiter

There are a couple of videos on youtube with those engines. Probably the easier way would be to limit all torque limiters and go from there....

I have change the torque limiters but didnt result.
In YouTube only tdi engines.

Diferences between these 2 videos it's only a change in the svrl or in any other map ?
