Yes, very easy.
You can do it two ways. You can do it the 'classic' way by using the torque limiter, or you can use the launch control map (if you activate it).
Basically ,decide what RPM you want the hardcut at, and cut fuel after that. I tend to have a 15rpm difference between fuel and no fuel as it gives a nice tone, and isnt as hard on the crank as a 1rpm difference (ahem, darkside!)
