Been trying to find some info on the PD130 engines and wondered if anyone can fill in some gaps to following questions

What is the max mg/str that 130 injectors can cope with? And what would be max HP that would you expect. This is with stock 150pd turbo as air supply not hybrid

Iv seen plenty of people saying 220bhp is max that they can cope with, is this true?

i would not take the Original turbo & SMIC far beyond 160HP,
my log with VCDS shows intakte temps beyond 70K when accelerating from 140 to 180 km/h on stock software.

the 550 Injectors are capable of going beyond 200 HP, some even say up to 250HP, but i think with a lot
of smoke and high EGTs caused by long duration.

i started by comparing ARL (PD150) ans ASZ (PD130) maps...not much difference ;)

and watch out: later PD130 only had 520 injectors..

I have seen PD 130 remapped to 170 running OK after almost a year, there is a bit of black smoke on maximum acceleration but I don't know what the long term consequences will be. So far so good.

The pd 130 engines have trouble with cylinder head lift at high BHP, but i had one running a strong tune for a year no probs except clutch slip 8-)

AVF 6 speed 240mm clutch AWX 5 speed 228mm clutch , but 3.0 tdi clutch plate with mod fits 6 speed eg A4 A6 passat sport

I've done PD150 which made 223hp on maha dyno I think its near max with these injectors..
