Cant read or write

Hi People today i put a file in my car and now the ecu cant read or write... I use mpps to read and now not respond... What happens? How i repair it now car doesnt turn on the engine nothing... Please help me

My car make somethink li your.I modified my file very little uploaded the file.The car start runs fine.Then i decided to put back my ori file.MPPS gave error on reading and writing.May be have to go in boot mode.My ecu is EDC15C2.

Low battery level ... if is battery level low you cant read & write the ECU.

My MPPS gave errors reading some crasy thinks.On my car voltage is perfect.12.60-12.80
