About what is the most horse power I should pull from my motor and be safe for my tiptronic?

On the transmission It depens more on the NM than on HP.
I think about 10 till 20% more power won't be a problem.
The tiptronic are usually strong. The multitronic is shit..

I usually see these cars develop auto trans issues around the 150k mark.I would think the increased tq output from the engine will wear things out faster.

for what its worth APR has stage 1 & 1+ tunes for this configuration; so it has been pushed at least that far before. Depending on mileage your results may vary though these transmissions tend to be made of glass. IIRC 310nm is absolute limit before unexpected* results occur.

Audi A4 B8 BFB returnless fuel system. 98 oct fuel. With 95 oct max power was 189 (163 stock).

After replacing timing chain, fuel pump and injectors with ones fron AJQ engine (310 cc) runs fine at 197 bhp with 95 oct fuel.

This is the peak power where car has no more fuel and IAT rise up quickly (90-95 degrees).
