Hi all,

Does anyone know what's the maximum injection quantity that can be gotten from the standard injector nozzles that come in the VE90 and VE110 VW tdi engines? I've remapped 2 AGR engines; the first to inject 48 mg/str and one to inject 51 mg/str. According to VCDS I'm achieving 51 mg/str in the second one. My own car has the ASV VE110 which I've mapped to inject 51 mg/str of fuel. Would 51 mg/str be considered the limit for the injector nozzles in the VE90 and is there any more to be gotten out of the VE110 injectors?

Finding it difficult to find any information about this so any and all experience or knowledge is welcome.
