Bosch EDC15C2: Disabling functions and sensors

Postby Mad Professor » Sat Aug 15, 2015 1:21 pm

Hi All.

I am looking for some help and advice with regards to disabling functions and sensors of my Bosch EDC15C2.

The car in question is a 2003 Peugeot 307 S 2.0 HDI 110.

I would like to software remove/delete the EGR and DPF system, as well as disabling the following:
Intercooler bypass valve.
EGR control valve.
EGR air recirculation control valve.
DPF differential pressure sensor.
DPF upstream and downstream temperature sensors.
Coolant control valve (little heater/rad in air intake system).
HP diesel pump additive injection valve.

I do not know if any of the above are automatically disabled when doing the software removal/delete of the EGR and DPF system.
I ask as I want to physically remove the sensors / valves from the vehicle.

Thanks for your time.

Best Regards.

you want to switch a lot of thing

normally just do the egr and dpf switch and it's ok

i work ont an other important project under ols and don't have really time for this

wrote some switch detection and map extraction for winols edc15c2 but's already a year ago
but it was more for the control area of dpf and egr not a big project

That sounds really hard to manage. Wouldn't it be more simple to use a free programm. ECU?
