VW Touran 1.9 TDI Tuned file vs Ori file

Hello,
The car is VW Touran 1.9 TDI and it was tuned by previous owner.
I would like to back to ORI setup, therefore I found the ori file here:
http://www.chip-tuner.hu/original_ecu_files/files/VW/
Comparing the files I've noticed that are slightly different... so now I'm a little bit confused if I can go ahead and flash it...?
Attached files:
- tuned one which was read from car by MPPS
- Ori downloaded from source mentioned above

Thanks mate, any idea where I can find softwere: 1037 39 4900 ?
About MPPS agree this is chinese clone bought only for my car personal use if You have good source for better tool will be appreciated.
