I use immo killer, but I had to remove the 24c02 to do it. I don´t know if there are a better way

You can try to read eeprom via OBD2 by VAG K+CAN 1.4, chinese program works with a simple k-line adapter (vag409) ;)

I tried with ME7.1 and EDC15
And yes, there is no virus ;)
