Can i use vagedc for other cars with bosch edc ecu's??

Not really, no.

Think of VAGsuite it as a predefined list of maps for one type of ecu, stored within a program that lets you edit.

Useful for tuning if you happen to have said vehicle, but won't teach you much about the things that tuners spend most of their time doing (map finding etc).
