Powergate master

Postby jocatd5 » Thu Dec 06, 2012 12:50 am

Hello All,

I´m new at this and I need your help regarding alientech´s powergate!

About a year ago I bought a slave powergate to a tunning company. I read the original map file, send it back to them, and then they send it back to me to upload. This was to a Land Rover defender with the 2.4tdci (ford engine).

I´ve now bought two more of these cars for the company!

Question is, if I buy a powergate master can I read/download the performance map file from my first car and write/upload it to the other two?? (Ecu is the same, already checked)??

Regards

when a powergate write the file to the ecu
another powergate can't write it because the first powergate let id inside the rom that permit to the seconde powergate to know it must not read the file
