On your photo are identical ECU's.

I heares we can solder some wire in ecu to enable obd read/write if we put 29f010 rewritable chips, anyone have info about this ?

No its not possible, because original chips are one time writable.

After changing them to 29f010 ? or may be this trick is for ajm 116 ecu with 29f400bt im not sure ;/

Still no. AJM is EDC15 and it can be flashed via OBD.
