Greetings,
I'm working on a light naturally aspirated setup on my own Citroën C4 hatchback, 2 litter petrol engine EW10A (140 hp), and I have mounted a larger throttle body from the Peugeot 206 GTI180/RC engine EW10J4S (177 hp).
Everything is OK on the installation, I have checked the manifold and even replaced the larger throttlebody, also checked and replaced MAP sensor (both engines use the same sensor model), but I randomly get the annoying DTC P1160 error, which in my case seems to be tied to an incoherent vacuum reading by MAP sensor on manifold.
If I remove the bigger throttlebody and put back the smaller stock one, everything works just fine and the error is gone, therefore I believe that my ECU estimates something like a maximum air flow plausibility map based on its readings of manifold vacuum and throttlebody plate angle, but I cannot locate it on ECU file, nor find its Damos file - it's a Marelli IAW 6KPB.
Thank you for any hints.
