Hi friends, can you rate my map? It's my first attempt. I changed DW, DW inverse, TqL, Boost, BL, SVBL, EGR, Smoke limiter, Duration, Start map. I know that's probably not perfect but accept any criticism and advice. I wonder whether you should change the SOI, and if so which values and which maps I needed to change to make it good. Hello! I'm a beginner too but i looked over the file and:
- You have 7 DriverWish maps and you modified only one (I don't understand what you wanted to do on the first column). For a stage 1 remap you don't need to modify anything on this maps.
- Also Inverse DW from what i know is used only by the cruise control so you don't have to modify it as i said for a stage 1 remap
- At E060E you have NM to IQ map. Take a look on it and try to understand. (X axix NM, Y axis RPM, Z axis IQ)
- For EGR Map is ok that you filled all the map with highest value but to delete EGR you also have to modify hysteresis maps (2)
- Torque limiter-> From NM to IQ map the highest torque you can get is 405 so everything higher than that is useless.
- Smoke Limiter is very bad.. you can't just increase those values by percentage because you will get very much smoke. They have to be calculated for AFR >17 to get no smoke
- Durations are already calculated by factory for fuel up to 65mg, At the begining try to leave durations and SOI stock. If you want more, you have to modify NM to IQ maps and all others maps related to IQ. Durations must be extrapolated for much fuel not to increase the one that you already have,
- BKD engine has as factory GT1749VA turbocharger. It is a very weak turbo and it can hold max 2450 - 2500 mbarof boost. try to decrease Boost Map, Boost limiter map and leave SVBL stock.
