Check tune

Postby knightfal » Wed Sep 21, 2016 9:38 am

Hi guys,

I am new here. I have a Touran 1.9TDI AVQ with Xman 1749VC hybrid and PD150 injectors.
The tune attached is made by my tuner. When it was made It had a small leak in the boost pipe, and that I found out after tune was done. The tuner is not doing this service anymore :(
Can someone that has good knowledge check the file and see if it looks good? Or if there is something that should be changed?
Max boost setup should be 1.7bar.
As of now it smokes some when boost comes on. And I think this setup should be almost smoke free.
If VCDS logs is needed please let me know.
I have a standard clutch, 1 year old.

I don't have the original file as the car was already tuned from another tuner when I got it.

Thanks

I had a quick look at the file. It seems like the oak did a good job, i didnt calculate anything but everything seems to make sense for the hardware you are running. your AFR is 17.35, so you should see basically no smoke or very close to no smoke, if there is more smoke than expected, i would think to increase the lambda slightly.
