Good evening friends! I'm on my last few steps of my project and one of them is to have a good safe remap.
I have Toledo 1.9 AHF a non PD or CR, but good old engine with VP37 Bosch diesel pump, which for now is stock with 10mm piston, but other things that i've improved are:
GT2052V with 56 GTX compressor
240um nozzles
FMIC and 60mm pipes
racepipe and 150PD intake manifold
3bar MAP
Exhaust on 60,3mm straight pipe
6speed FJW gearbox
240mm clutch kit
...and some other fancy stuff that is not important i think. So far i have to replace my ECU which is 038 906 018 BT / 0 28 00 926 / 1.9l R4 EDC G000SG 2130 (old type 80pin ecu) , with 121 pin , EDC15 ECU.

While i'm doing this i want some advice, or if someone have some tuned files for such setup, i'll be glad to check them out.

I think to start with remap on VAG EDC Suite. I will remap only my own car, not going to be pro tuner and making money of that.

I preffer on MAP :D but more experienced guys here will give some advice i hope :)

No, i still don't have any tuned file. I'm driving only hardware upgraded for about 1 year, to clear all problems that might come up. Like broken gearbox for example :) something flight away from inside and make a hole d.-7cm next to main shaft by the clutch, and that's why i replaced it with 6speed.

I have in mind to upgrade fuel pump and nozzles, and ECU also. I will fit EDC15 from 2001 ASV, so flashing will be easier, and will be able to have launch controll also. So i decided to do those things before flashing. Now i have a bit more time to read and educate on remap :)
