Seat pd130 - First Tune

Postby sf114464 » Thu Nov 17, 2016 11:17 am

Hello

I've made my first tune on my pd130 - I've made it out of information from VAGECUMAP (Both youtube and his google site) and the EDC15_rev1.3 guide.

I am only expecting about 150-160 PS and 380NM because it is an old car.. (250k - km)

Please let me know if there is anything i can do better?

In this bin u want 67 mg but on Durations map its only 60 mg , but on 160 hp its ok so set tq limiter to 60 mg boost 1.45 bar smoke 60 mg and test it :p

hey.

mod look not bad . you dont need change all duration maps enough is change 0-2 (in your mod duration 0 is not changed, ori). easier way is change only 2-3 last axis (mg/stroke)to new one ,not all map (lower risk of confusion ;)). if you will calculate duration 0 to 65 mg then i think you should get 150-155 hp. are you have some logs ? maf sensor is ok ?

mlody popatrz lepiej , duration maps sa przeliczone do 65mg ;)

cheers

For GT1749va or borg warner bv39 you can set boost to 1.5 - 1.55. I havent looked at the file but i would say extrapolate durations until 70mg, amd change al your other max values to 70mg, then run smoke limiter via MAP sensor, calculate your AFR to be 17.1 and change values according to that. Remember to change SVBL and max out smoke limiter on MAF. In my opinion that should be a strong tune with no to minimal smoke.
