i didnt say about increased boost limiter on low RPM but on low atmospheric pressure ;)

Your boost limiter is completely wrong. You will pop that poor turbo as soon as you reach higher altitude.
Smoke limiters needs changing
VP needs changing
Just make drivers wish your max desired IQ at 100%

No bud, youre going to put to much stress on the turbo. to work out boost limiter values you do as follows i.e:
Your desired boost is 1300 mbar
atmospheric pressure is 900 mbar
so then 1300+900 = 2200 and then you could add about 50mbar
so total is 2250mbar
then rather reduce your boost from around 4000-4200 rpm

that is 2250 @ 900 hpa. do the same with your whole map
