the limiter works however it feels too slow like it going to cut out but works ok

Hy guys I have a peugeot 406 with edc15c2 as I remember.

I also have a mappack for it. And there is a SVRL on the map pack, I do not know how to set it.
Do you guys think that this SVRL is the on the correct location ? for the moment I have limiter on Torque limit.
