Hello i am just starting to understand map editing..
First thing i want to do is disable EGR for my car. As far i understand, i need to find hysteresis maps.
I find some EGR OFF guide for E60 530d but i am not sure if it fits for my car.
Can You pleas verify that hyst maps in my file starts E2A88 & E2AEE.
I an bit confused that in guide there is 16X1 map, in my file it seams i have 25x1 map?
I will be thankful for any help.

Hi, these map adresses are wrong, they are at E2A22 & E2B54. For the procedure itself is the same as the guide explains and yes they are 25x1 maps. I have the same car as you and tested this method by unplugging the vacuum line from the EGR valve and blocking it, it didn't give any EML but did have some EGR related DTC's.. after reflash, no more error codes :D
