We have build a VW Tdi engine with some tuneups :

VAG Ecu number 038 906 012 on AFN engine
- 12mm pump head
- bigger custom inletmanifold
- vnt15/20hybrid turbo
- big fmic
- bosio fratteli race520 injectors
- dbilas camshaft
- egr delete
- 3 bar map sensor
- maf delete
- no shutter valve

So a custom engine, we paid a ebay seller to write a custom ecu for it but it gives clearly way to much fuel injected, the egr is not deleted in the file, also the shutter valve gives errors

With a 10mm pump the engine runs pretty fine (only error on egr and shutter valve)

Can someone here help us analyse the file and make the correct edits?

The file is bad. The tuner really did not know what he was doing. Your car has to much fuel injected because the pump voltage map is ORI in the places where it has to be lowered and in some places is even raised up. Smoke limiter map is badly tuned. The ECU sees max 51mg/stroke of fuel, but injects more because it is decalibrated in pump voltage map. EGR OFF is not done ok. Shutter valve is active.
