That ecu requires lot of modification to be totaly unlocked - all needed limiters and also target + calibration values.
For some
very basic optimisation (tuning), considering how much you will increase toruqe/power you need to change at least those maps (sorry for terminology i wrote it very fast):

for little bit more advanced tuning you need at least twice time more maps to be recalculated and altered properly (also axis)...
