I'm new to this. Understand the process but no pratical ECU nor tuning experience.

Car is an Audi with AEL engine, stock pump and injectors. Big change is:
GTB2260VK VNT turbo, vacuum converted
EDC15VM+ ECU

After tuning, peak power and WOT above 3000 RPM is good. Problem is heavy boost oscillation during normal cruise and between 1700-3000 RPM. About 3 second cycle time, over and over and never settles. Very anoying. Also, idle is too high, it never drops below 1100 RPM. PID issue?

Can anyone help me? I would gladly pay for the service. Attached is the ECU file.

Found an interesting thing on http://forums.tdiclub.com/showthread.php?t=476451 "When PID control is on, it is determined by fuel consumption in l/hr." I don't know if it's related, but my trip computer reads 0.0 l/100 km with the new ECU. I was thinking this is minor and can be fixed later, but if this is an input to the PID controller, 0.0 is very far from the actual value.
