Tuners in Poland use WinOLS.

Second attempt by professional tuner has been completed successfully.
Depressing the brake pedal while still on the throttle does not cut the throttle.
Cruise control also works as before the modification.

Conclusion:
The "brake ovveride system" is autonomous functionality and does not interfere with other ECU features. If it impaires one's driving, can be easily disabled by the proffessional tuner.

How has it been done on EDC16?
I'm not sure, because the tuner did not told me explicitly, what has changed.

I suppose, the best approch is to set the switch "AccPed_swtPlausCheck_C" to 0.
By default this switch is set to 1.

You should do the following steps:

• export the dump file from your ecu via OBD socket and appropriate cable,
• open this file in WinOLS tool,
• search for parameter AccPed_swtPlausCheck_C,
• check wether its value is set to 1,
• if "yes", change its value to zero,
• upload your new (changed) dump file to your ECU,
• start up the engine and start driving,
• press brake pedal gently with your left foot (light up your stop) while the right one is still on the throttle (keep revs about 2000 rpm),
• if revs are still about 2000, the problem has been solved successfully.

Maki4evers can help you edit the dump file, because he probably has the right application.
I've send him all my knowledge, about this problem.
I haven't got the application and cable, therefre I chose the proffesional tuning service.
