You will take one look at this and wonder what I have been smoking.
Let me try to explain...
Purpose
Very basic remap, give tiny bit more power, but a noticeably better response. Should noticeably improve MPG and low-down response. More power to be added later...
SOI/Timing & Rail Pressures
Please have a quick look over here first...

Basically I have access to a 306 (2.0 HDI, 2000) ECU DUMP and I own a 206 (2.0 HDI, 2003) and am trying to map it. I am using both ECU dumps when considering my changes.
I'll try to keep my reasoning simple, as this could be a very long post otherwise:
- 206 SOI Seems advanced as standard, I did not feel safe to just +1 or +2 degrees higher up.
- 306 SOI is much more advanced lower down, I guess because emissions isn't so strict. I do not care emissions so I have set 306 low-down SOI values on my 206 MAP to try and improve response.
- SOI is capped at whatever is highest 306 or 206 low down.
- SOI is capped at whatever is highest 306 +1 degree or 206 mid range.
- SOI is capped at whatever is highest 306 +2 degrees or 206 at IQ 55.
- Pilot Injection & Rail Pressure just upped a bit.
Note:
This car has not been flashed to car. Need to check my reasoning first and that I won't kill it with my SOI.
This map also attempts to bring the low-speed fan 1 degree earlier (for a laugh)
It also disables the EGR valve

Thanks for looking. Allow the flaming to commence
ps. no, I did not paste values in from Excel :) I typed them all manually!
pps. run this on your car and it dies not my fault!
