MED 9.1 Hard Cut Limiter

Hello, I'm pleased to know some program to set hard cut limit and launch control on these units directly on Golf 5 GTI? Or if it goes to ECM Titanium or Winols? Thanks. I searched everywhere and tried to find it in these programs and I do not know the advice.

Most people can do this with winols, some use swiftec.
