can someone take a look at my modded file?

hi guys,recently sent off my clio 182 file to get crackle /pop n bang map on it but it doesnt crackle nor pop and bang...i belive i have been ripped off and sent back the same file.....couls someone take a look and see if they could either adjust it or tell me if it has been tweeked?ild really apprciate it as i think ive been ripped off £60 for nothing.....many thanks

hi mate the original file i pulled of the ecu was apparently alread mapped by another tuner so i never had a base map
