Tune or fine Tune my File fom Lancia Delta 1,8 TBI with K04

Hi,

iam new here and i search for some Help.
I drive an Lancia Delta 1,75 TBI 200hp with now installed an K04 from new Giulietta / 4C
I modified the Turbo to work with old overboost System.
I guess that i havent changed the ECU in the best way and Maybe there are some Values that don´t Fit perfect.
I want to ask if you could check that and make an offer to program it to the perfect way.with that setup i reach about 390nm sometimes, but often about 375nm. but maybe you could make it to stable 400.
My Gearbox is an Aisin AW TF80SC and handle about 400nm on tech sheets, i dont know how much more it handles safe, so if you know that we can change it to 425nm.
an tuner before made burps bangs and changed limiter sound on that map. maybe you could check that and modify that it burbs only to about 3000 revs. and limiter like stock.
if there is an value to reduce turbo lag, it would be great if you can handle that too, the turbo boost up to 1 bar overboost to 2500 revs and after that it blow up to 1,55 bar overboost.
I dont know if it Overboost every time, or if the Value is to high or to less.
the cruise control is stock on 50 kilometers per hour, is it possible to change that to 25kilometers per hour?
Vmax should be off, but is it off? never checked that on Autobahn cause of risking an damaged Engine with that map.
Exhaust will be installed soon in stainless steel, so the diameter will become much airflow friendly.
with K03 i made about 5,5 - 6 seconds from 0-100, hopefully that Turbo could handle the same or better, depending on slip.

regards,

Mordi

Post your mappack so we can see what changes you've made match what we've got.
A quick look and I can see one map at least missed.

Hello.

Well I only changed the Compressor Map and the Boost maps.
An other Tuner changed all the Values for gain more Power, and burns and pops. I only have here an demos mapoack which is similiar but not the same. In fact it's an Alfa 159 tbi Engine and the ECU is in between to Alfa 159 and maybe a little bit from Giulietta. Giulietta not for sure.
I am sorry that I can not give you more informations.

Regard,
Mordi

#4EEB6 12x15 is untouched, but without a proper mappack of what you changed I cannot help further

Hi.
Sorry that I can not tell you what's changed.
Maybe it is better to make an complete new remap for success?
I can only look what values are changed and search in a map pack for the index what it should be if this will help you.
The Tuner will not tell me what he changed for the remap.
So how we could handle that?
Regards

Or is it possible only to modify that remap that he can use the potential from the k04 from Giulietta. Without changing power output?

Hello,

well i checked that Location you told me and on my mappack it is the torque limiter for reverse gear on automatic Transmission.

I put an Zip with my Mappack i made myself with a lot of maps and an mappack i got.

But this mappack i can not copy over my file cause of different locations. on my winols.

Maybe you got an better mappack, or can work with that.
