My car is a 2007 Vw Golf Mk5 2.0 Tdi GT Sport

What am I doing on this forum, I want to figure out how to remap my EDC16 ECU in my car.
Unfortunately ABT has tuned my car at the vw factory, and they changed an EEPROM.

So I was hoping maybe someone here can help me, I do have a cable to use VCDS. It's an K+CAN usb cable.
Can someone give me advise on how to read/write the ecu and learn me how to get rid of this ABT tuning programme and get a better one.
