How?
-set the correct amount of I.Q for the desired airflow.
How to tune?
- You have to know how much boost you want or have.. (absolute 2300 Mbar)

So now you need to learn what is AFR how you calculating them, and which part of the map you need to modify to reach the good output. (Let's say not much modification needed to pulls better :D)
If you make some live data logs and see how the airflow raised and drops... :)
