hello,i have problem with ktag clone.. when trying to read maps, im getting code that says: hardware configurations not supported: send the log files to the software provider. have you ever had this problem? what are the solutions?

ktag is fresh new
ecu is good. im trying ktag on second ecu. with first it says the same

Mate ... its a clone.
Maybe your bdm cage didnt fit well... but maybe your CLONE didnt support protocolls for...

What kind of ECU are you trying to read? May be wrong adapter, like the most of the Chinese adapters,... Bad soldering.
Do you have correct pinout, if this is necessary?
