Why cannot I open any of the .bin files?

PowerISO paid for nor Daemon Tools lite - works.
.bin is ticked in both.
WIN7 home edition on this PC.

If bin file from ECU - you need tools like Dimsport Race, EVC Winols to open and edit. If you have in mind other kind bin files - stop smoking what you smoke.

Im in process of purchasing a Kess or EU Galletto =) Havent decided which one. Wanted to look what they look like. Just a curious female, I am.... the same curiousity but me, where I am at now.... I have people around me who can make needed changes ti the files - but I need to be able to read and but them back in.
Smoking I havent done for 12 years =P
