hi im in need a for above flash as someone has messed around with the car and now the inlet camshaft get adavanced timing at idle speed causing bad misfire ... anybody please thank you

thanks everybody for help ive managed to get something, although im thinking why am i not able to see files here get an info sayin ive got no permission to see the attached file for some reason ...
