hi there.
i own a Peugeot 307 2.0 hdi 90 hp ECU sid 801 an i am looking for a tuned file from 90 hp to 115 120 ho is somene can help me pls...

Hi and welcome.
The only right way is to tune your original file not some file from other same car :)
Your original has to be modified, never use another file, you can brick your ecu.

What should I do first, if I want to learn how to make my own ECU maps?

First focus on one ECU type, find the damos for it, try to figure out how the system works and locate basic maps...
You will need winols software - also read manual of how to use it...and so on :)

but before of all, read some posts to get some info :thumbup:
