Citroen c3 1.6 2005 how do it fit together

Postby Nico » Wed Feb 19, 2020 12:17 pm

hi guys.
i spend some time on this site to try to understand.
i need to know how the following joins together in the system.
we rebuilt a citroen c3 from 1 that was in an accident to 1 that we bought half stripped.
i think my son did tried the rolled cars ecu to the stripped car bsi which is a year older.
at the end we got the car cranking but no fire. now all the components from the rolled car is in the stripped car , key, transponder coil around key, bsi, and ecu and engine with sensors. engine does crank fuel pump works but no fire. all earths connected.

my question is did the bsi or ecu or key transponder detected that some items was swapped and went into a lock mode because of that. how can i be certain .
does any body know how i can test from where the fault could be.
hope to hear from you soon thanks for time.
does any one have internal circuit diagrams of the BSI or ECU to make sense of it all

The BSI ECU and transpondor key is according
you have two solution
1 immo off for the 1.6i is the immo off edc 16c32 software by downloading the eeprom from the ECU
2 or if you have BSI with his key the diagtool lexia / ppp2000 (30 $ on ebay) tune the ECU with the BSI you need the 4 character pin with the PSADumpToPin software by downloading the eeprom from the BSI
