Convert winOLS file (mappack data) to csv

Hi,

Newbie here ... I hope I‘m posting in the right sub forum. Please forgive me if not.


Could somebody convert the winOLS file (below) into a csv/excel file?

I'd need the addresses, scaling, offset, axis as human-readable file for some further scripting ...
