Mini Cooper R50/R52 throttle opening

I know that R52 is limited by throttle opening to around 70%. What about R50? Is it opened 100% at WOT?

R52 model mean Cabrio, can be Mini One,Mini Cooper or Mini Cooper S.
R50 is only One or Cooper.
Max throttle opening on Cooper N/A engine 115hp is 82gr.Minim throttle opening is 7gr.Is not about % opening, is a Siemens ECU, not Bosch.

Sorry for confusion. Does 82gr mean angle of 82 degrees? If so, can it be 90 or 82 is optimal?

throttle body can't be open to 90deg,practically not possible.
