VW JETTA 2007-2008 .bin [ STAGE 1 ]

Hello i am here to ask a question or favor.

So me question is what maps should i edit to tune this "ecu" into stage 1.
VW JETTA 2007-2008
1.9 TDI Diesel 77kw engine with turbo.

I readed ECU file using MPPS V18
And i have Titanium app ready to use.

I already did but i can't understand how to calculate % which need to be increased.
Everyone already have % and just increasing specified map values.
So if u understand tell me how to calculate %

I can't see any files in PM only link to thread.
Maybe this some kind a error so please re-send or upload here stage1 i really want to learn from it.
