Alfa 159 1.9 JTDM 16V map

Hi, I recently bought Alfa 159 1.9 JTDM, 16V with EDC16C39 ECU SW 1037377871.
I wanted to see what is inside so I extracted .bin file with MPPS and now I am comparing it with the stock .bin which I found online (maybe even on this forum). I managed to figure out the meaning of some modifications, but I am struggling with some addresses which are not contained in damos file.

So, to start with.

First, I don't have a clue what is this (the upper one Is original):

The second part that is changed is Map for EGR actuating value and regenerating and I don't think it has some sense (percentage greater than 100?)

The fourth thing that is changed is four hysteresis maps, they are nulled so I guess EGR is deleted, and that is one more reason why I don't understand upper changes. This is hex diff screen:

Also, it looks like someone switched these DTCs, but I've noticed that some of those have nothing to do with the DPF system (Fuel rail pressure malfunction), is this correct? I mean, it would be pretty damn hard to diagnose anything with those things off.

I can also see some tuning attempts, I figured out the meaning of some addresses. Maximum torque is changed for all gears, and the limiter of maximum torque is also changed (but torque request stayed the same).

Also, fuel injected is raised by a small margin and turbo pressure is raised:

The DTC table part really worries me and those torque values seem a little bit oversized, is it better to put the original one and start from scratch.
Both files are attached in .rar archive (stock and one which are currently on my ECU).
